NYK Group's on-line logistics services are designed to give you a quick, simple and convenient way to help save you time and money. We currently offer up-to-the-minute Schedules, Shipment Information, and Bill of Lading issuance, to name a few. The information contained in our site is updated continuously throughout the day by our global internal operating systems. eCommerce Applications

All menu options denoted with a small lock icon require a Customer ID to access.

Schedules  


Dynamic point-to-point schedules and routings to choose from when scheduling a shipment. Confirm cargo cut-off date at origin and cargo availability date at destination for your guidance.

  Customized Reports
Create a customized report utilizing customers' own shipment records. Reports can be produced on an ad-hoc basis or can be scheduled for convenient e-Mail delivery.

The Customized Reports Application provides customers with an easy to follow process for creating and producing a report on-line that will meet many of their business reporting needs.

Container Tracking  
Trace multiple shipments by B/L, Booking, or Container number. See the current location as well as the history of past movements.

  Shipment Information
Shipment Information is a secure application which allows you to view single or multiple shipments and their associated details. Shipments may be retrieved by doing a search by ETA, or by entering the specific Bill of Lading, Booking, or Container Number.

Booking
Create and submit bookings on line! Create booking templates, reference previous bookings. It's quick, easy and convenient. Send us your booking details and we will confirm your bookings electronically via e-Mail.

  Shipment Alerts
Covering both Exception Reporting and Event Notification, Shipment Alerts is a secure application which provides an e-Mail update regarding global shipments including links to online reports and early or late arrival exceptions.

Shipping Instructions
Submit new and updated shipping instructions on-line. Copy from saved templates or previously submitted shipping instructions. Merge information from your templates with a confirmed NYK Booking. Receive e-Mail notification when your shipping instructions are submitted.

  Bill of Lading Process
View and Print your B/Ls (Originals, Waybills, Drafts and Non-Negotiables)
on-line. Approve Draft B/Ls and request changes to Draft B/Ls on-line. Receive notifications and check B/L processing status.

Rate Inquiry
Create and submit rate inquiries on-line! Save rate inquiry templates for large inquiries. Review or copy previously submitted rate inquiries at your convenience. Receive e-Mail notification upon submission of your rate inquiry and upon quotation of your rate request. It's fast, easy, convenient and confidential.
