Frozen Products
Frozen products loaded at the correct temperature require a very simple stowage pattern.
No spacing is needed between packages and no space between cargo and side or end walls.
However, space is necessary above and beneath the load so that air can circulate around the cargo thereby preventing any heat which penetrates the container from contacting the cargo. With frozen products in a reefer container, the fresh air ventilator must always be closed. |
